Our Christmas Countdown Strips are a fun take on the classic Advent calendar. With quality, handmade construction, and a fun and familiar poem, the countdown strip hangs on the wall from “December 1st to Christmas” helping to ease the anticipation until the big day!
Many of us remember having something similar in our homes growing up, inviting us to “untie a ribbon every night” for a sweet treat as Christmas drew closer and closer. Terry was reminiscing about the one her mother bought her at a craft fair when she was a child. She remembered how she used it year after year until the poem was so faded that it couldn’t be read, and the yarn was in so many knots that they simply couldn’t tie another piece of candy to it.
That was when she decided that she wanted to spread those happy memories and traditions to others.
Our 34” long red ribbon countdown strips:

- The poem and image are permanently printed to an aluminum plaque that won’t fade
- 24 ties adorn the ribbon from top to bottom to attach your loved-one’s favorite small treat
